Teacher Resilience Toolkit

The Toolkit allows teachers to know and understand their stress levels and then be directed to apply a given method or technique (guided to a certain part of the toolkit), which is best suited to their unique profile, stress level and stress factor.

The Teacher Resilience Toolkit contains:

Practical activities for teachers to undertake on a daily basis in order to enhance their own resilience and digital competences;

Various strategies to prevent burnout, starting with a self-evaluation assessment of one’s stress levels.
